Energy Retrofit for Existing Structures
We continue to evolve under the demands of the Built Environment and our Natural Environment. The conditions of the building industry and that of our surroundings have brought emphasis for us to focus on our Existing Structures.
Most of these structures were built from the 1950's to the 1970's, prior to any Code requirements for energy efficiency or sustainable practices. The cost to operate these outdated structures will exceed 20 times their initial construction cost over the lifetime of the structure. Couple that with their excessive drain from our natural resources and you have a problem needing attention.
Now is the time to implement new systems and methodologies into the existing structures through Sustainable Retrofits for Commercial, Residential and Industrial properties.
Sustainable Retrofits will increase the asset value while decreasing the operating cost; create a healthy and productive environment; lessen the impact on our natural resources; and, improve the community supporting the property.
